AISI4130 ASTM 4130 30CrMo SCM430 Seamless steel pipe
AISI4130 China domestic grade 30CrMo is an alloy steel containing chromium and molybdenum, with a tensile strength generally above 750MPa. The most commonly seen on the market are bars and thick plates. Thin walled 4130 steel pipe will be used to make Bicycle or car/ bus frame. This is a detachable steel pipe assembly. It is made of cold drawn seamless carbon steel pipes bent and installed one by one according to the contour of the interior of the carriage.
AISI 4130 seamless steel pipe has good work ability, minimal processing deformation, and excellent fatigue resistance. It belongs to the category of medium to high harden ability steel. With the proper heat treatment it is also readily machined. Annealing ASTM 4130 alloy steel offers excellent ductility. AISI 4130 steel is usually supplied as round bar commonly in the hardened and tempered condition.

4130 steel pipes are usually used in quenched and tempered conditions. When the carbon content is at the lower limit, the steel can also be used as a carburized steel that requires higher core strength. In the medium-sized machinery manufacturing industry, it is mainly used to manufacture quenched and tempered parts with large cross-section and working under high stress conditions, such as shafts, spindles, and high load control wheels, bolts, double head studs, gears, etc; Used in the chemical industry to manufacture welded parts, welded structures composed of plates and tubes, as well as high-pressure pipes operating in nitrogen and hydrogen media at temperatures not exceeding 250 ° C; Used for manufacturing steam turbines and boilers, to manufacture fasteners that work below 450 ° C, flanges and flange covers that work under high pressure below 500 ° C.
