EN/DIN Bright Cold Drawn Precision Seamless Steel Tubes

EN/DIN bright cold drawn precision seamless steel tube adopt adopts advanced precision cold drawn technology. Anaerobic bright heat treatment (NBK) or (GBK) to get the bright surface of the steel tube. Each steel pipe undergoes non-destructive testing to ensure that high pressure does not leak. Clean the inner and outer walls of the steel pipe and apply anti rust oil to prevent rusting.

The tube could be bending, flaring and flattening without crack. It has high precision, on oxide layer on both sides of the tube. It can be used for various complex deformation and machining. BA high precision seamless steel tube is usually used for hydraulic cylinder, diesel, hydraulic pump station and hydraulic system which are require the steel tube in high precision and cleanliness.

Delivery condition

Cold finished (hard)	BK(+C)	Tubes do not undergo heat treatment following the final cold forming and, thus, have a rather high resistance to deformation
Cold finished (Soft)	BKW	The final heat treatment is followed by cold drawing involving limited deformation. Appropriate further processing allows a certain degree of cold forming (eg. bending, expanding)
Cold finished (Soft)	(+LC)
Cold finished and stress-relieved	BKS(+SR)	Heat treatment is applied following the last cold forming process. Subject to appropriate processing conditions, the increase in the residual stresses involved enables both forming and machining to a certain degree.
